FAQ and Additional Info
NEPA Yoga Fest happens at Montage Mountain Water Park on June 8th & 9th.
Saturday and Sunday tickets can be purchased together or separate.
What should you bring to the event?
A MAT & water! We will have mats for sale at Nearme Yoga's vendor tent, but if you have one bring it. We also suggest a change of clothes, a towel, sunglasses, and a hat. We will have bug spray and SPF available when you walk in.
What about inclement weather?
NEPA Yoga Fest happens rain or shine. The event is both inside & outside but outdoor classes can be moved inside in the event of inclement weather.
When should I arrive?
Doors open at 7:30AM on Saturday and the Intro to the Festival will begin promptly at 8AM in front of the Wavepool. Immediately following, Chelsea Manganaro will teach Wake Up the Spine Yoga at the Wavepool.
What's the schedule for the weekend?
Refer to the Line Up on www.nepayogafest.com/lineup to view the finalized class schedule. During the event, the schedule can be accessed on your mobile device, All schedules are subject to change due to the craziness of the weather. We will do our absolute best to ensure you have an amazing time!
Where can I eat?
Nearme Cafe & Sammie from Montage - We also have a community dinner this year (registration end June 7th at 9pm)
Can I bring my own lunch?
No outside food or beverages are permitted, but cn be left in your car.
What else should I know?
Bring cash! Most vendors can take cards, but you don't want to miss out on buying their awesome products.
How do I get a swag bag?
We have swag bags for the first 100 guests that check in on Saturday Morning and Sunday Morning. Door opens at 7:30am, you cannot get into the event prior.
Can I camp?
YUP! You must purchase weekend passes in order to camp at Montage. Refer to the Camping & After Fest tab above for more information.
Can I come & not take classes?
YES! We have a Holistic Expo Spectator Pass for $25. This allows you to enter the festival without participating in classes, purchase lunch, and shop products from local vendors.
Can I come if I'm just a beginner?
YES! We love beginners! The meditation area is GREAT for you, but all the Gentle or All Levels classes are a great way to become more comfortable with yoga. Don't feel limited - our instructors will help you modify poses if you want to try those more challenging classes. Just listen to your body & don't over do it.
Are there refillable water stations?
Montage removed all fountians during covid. There’s bathrooms with water, but recommend bringing water or cash to buy water.
Are there cell phone/device charging stations available?
There are plugs throughout the lodge facility to recharge your phone
Restroom & Shower facility locations
YES! Montage has 2 different restrooms in the lodge, portapotties in Midland andportapotty in camping. There is also a locker room below the lodge with showers
Is there an extra charge / set times to use the showers
No charge for showers, but they are only open Saturday 11am-6pm & Sunday 7am- 5pm

What am I not allowed to bring?
Glass containers, pets, outside food/drinks, alcohol, weapons, illegal substances of any kind, etc
Do I need a see through bag?
No, but during waterpark hours and re-entry bags will be checked
Can I take pictures and video? Can I bring my drone?
Yes, to pictures, no to drone without proper permits

Is there a list of the vendors and holistic practitioners who will be in attendance?

What is the physical street address of the venue for GPS?
Yes, there is a large parking lot that does not have a fee
Can I car camp or are camping and parking in separate areas of the venue?
Yes, but there is a separate charge - and cars cannot be moved is car camping on the bunny slope. If car camping in parking lot, you have full access to your car.
Will I have access to electricity at my campsite?
No
Are there restroom facilities located in/near the camping area?
There is one portapotty in camping/meditation area.
Are campfires allowed?
There is a fire ban in NEPA currently, so Campfire will be provided by montage mountain if the fire ban is lifted in NEPA
Can I bring an RV? If so, must I purchase a separate RV camping/parking pass?
RV & Camper must be preregistered, and will not have power available. Campers must be parked in parking lot.
Camping’s not my thing. Are there nearby hotels, air bnb’s or other lodging options?

Will there be quiet/cool places to take a break?
Of course, it’s a very large mountain, but there is an archery fest going on, so please be aware of your surroundings.
Can I go on the waterpark rides while at Yogafest?
Yes
Can I bring my kids?
Children are welcome, but this year we do not have a kids area. Previously year a lot of time and every went into them, and they are more interested in the waterpark.
Are there lockers available to rent to store my valuables?
Montage Has lockers available in the locker room below the lodge
Is there a charge for parking?
No Charge for parking
Do you accept credit/debit cards at the gate?
Yes
Is re-entry allowed?
Yup, you have a wristband, you can come and go as you please.
What if I rip or lose my wristband?
Treat your band like cash. There are no refunds or no bands available if lost. If you need a new band confirmation of your tickets much be present.
When do gates open? When do gates close? By what time must we leave grounds on Sunday?
Gates open at 7:30am on Saturday & Sunday. Last entry on Saturday is 5pm and Sunday 2pm. Everyone must be vacated on Sunday by 7pm.
Is there an ATM available on-site?
Yes in lodge
Where is the first aid/medical station located?
Next to wave pool & Tiki
Will paper copies of the festival map/schedule be available?
No, please download the black & white copies of the layout, print or save to your phone. Large signs will be available throughout the event.
Who should I seek out if I have a question/problem on-site?
Anyone working at Cabana 13-15
Where is ADA parking?
Yes with Proper signage of vehicle
Bummer! I bought my ticket but now I can’t attend. Is my ticket refundable?
No, but they are transferable

Whose land are we on?
Montage Mountain is located on land originally inhabited by the Lenni Lenape, susquehannock, and Delaware peoples.
Please help us practice “No MOOP” (no matter out of place) by cleaning up/removing anything you brought with you and Leaving No Trace at your campsite/vendor area as the event draws to a close. Everything that wasn’t originally on or of Montage Mountain, no matter how small, is considered MOOP, and is to be removed as part of Leave No Trace efforts.
