NEPA Yoga Fest 2025 – FAQ & Important Info

🧘‍♀️ June 13–15, 2025 | Montage Mountain Water Park
Join us for a weekend of connection, community, and conscious celebration at NEPA Yoga Fest! Below you’ll find answers to common questions to help you plan your weekend.

 

🎟️ Tickets

• Friday, Saturday and Sunday tickets can be purchased separately or as a weekend bundle.

 

 

🕓 Arrival & Schedule

• Gates Open for Friday &  Camping at 5pm - Swag bags will not be available anytime before this

• Gates open at 7:30 AM on Saturday & Sunday - Swag bags will not be available anytime before this

🧳 What to Bring

• Yoga mat, refillable water bottle

• Change of clothes, towel, sunglasses, hat

• Cash (many vendors accept cards, but not all) 

• Bug spray & sunscreen provided at check-in

• Phones are welcome – recharge stations available in the lodge

 

🌦️ Weather Plan

• Rain or shine! Indoor spaces available for classes if needed.

 

🥗 Food & Drink

• Onsite options include Nearme Café and Sammie from Montage

• One food truck 

• No outside food or drinks allowed due to wildlife, but you may leave them in your car.

• Community Dinner Saturday at June 14th @ 6pm * Requires registration 

 

👜 Swag Bags

• First 50 guests to check in each day get a FREE swag bag! 

• Each day may be a little different

• Swag bags will be give on the day that your check in and receive your wristband

⛺ Camping Info

• Weekend pass required for camping

• Car camping is allowed with upgrades pass and will be policed 

• No power at campsites; 1 porta-potty near meditation area; bathrooms remain open at montage lodge

• Showers available (Sat: 11AM–6PM, Sun: 7AM–5PM) – free of charge

• RV/Camper? Must pre-register. No electric hookups or disposals

• Camping packing list? Check out our blog for a helpful guide!

• Campfires? Fire ban currently in effect, but Montage may provide a fire if lifted

 

🧘 Yoga Newbies Welcome!

• We love beginners! Try our meditation zone or gentle/all-level classes.

• Instructors are here to help you modify poses. Go at your own pace.

 

💧 Water Access

• No refill stations due to COVID changes

• Bring your own water or cash to purchase on site

 

🔌 Charging Stations

• Available inside the lodge

 

🚻 Restrooms & Showers

• 2 indoor restrooms in the lodge

• Locker room with showers below the lodge

• Porta-potties near Midland and camping area

 

🔐 Lockers & Storage

• Available in the locker room for valuables at additional cos

 

🎥 Media & Drones

• Photos & videos welcome!

• Drones require proper permits

 

📍 Address & Parking

• Free parking at Montage Mountain

• Address is 1000 Montage Mountain Rd Scranton PA 18507

• ADA parking available with proper signage - unauthorized vehicles are subject to removal 

 

🚫 What NOT to Bring

• No glass, pets, outside food/drinks, alcohol, weapons, illegal substances

 

🎟️ Wristbands & Re-entry

• Treat your wristband like cash – no replacements, if wrist band comes off a fee of $25 will be needed for replacement and will need to show ticket again.

• Re-entry is allowed with wristband

 

🚪 Entry & Exit Times

• Last entry: Sat @ 5PM, Sun @ 2PM

• Everyone must leave by 7PM Sunday

 

🏥 Medical/First Aid

• Located near the Wave Pool & Tiki area

Montage Mountain rests on land traditionally stewarded by the Lenni Lenape, Susquehannock, and Delaware Peoples.We honor and respect this heritage.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes, tickets are transferable but non-refundable. To transfer your ticket, please email nepayogafest@gmail.com with the name, email, and phone number of the person you’re transferring it to no later than June 1st. After that date, transfers will no longer be accepted.
