HOW TO ENTER:  Between May 1 to 31 please post a picture on instagram tagging @nepayogafest, a friend and #nepayogafestgivaway, like Nearme Yoga & NEPA Yoga festival on facebook and join our mailing list. Your submission of your email address will subscribe you to both Wanderlust’s and Nearme Yoga emailing lists, but you may opt-out of any list at any time. You may enter more than once, but only once per day.

Entries will begin being accepted on May 1 and entries will continued to  be accepted until 1pm ES on May 31 (“Contest Period”). 

ENTRY RESTRICTIONS. Once submitted, entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. You must have a valid email address to enter. While receipt of on-line entry may be acknowledged, such acknowledgement does not constitute any representation by Sponsor as to Contest eligibility. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON OR E-MAIL ADDRESS.  On-line entries must be manually keystroked.  Online entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed or like means are prohibited and will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an on-line entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail account from which the on-line entry is submitted as of date of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

WINNER DETERMINATION. You must meet all of the above rules. By participating, entrants accept and agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all respects.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds are based on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest period; estimated at approximately 1:20,000.

CLAIMING PRIZE: Within two (2) days of notification of winning, the prize winner must provide Sponsor with the name and address and of the prize winner. NO PREVIOUS PURCHASED TIKCETS WILL BE REFUNDED. Failure to provide this information will result in forfeiture of the prize and alternate winner shall be selected via random drawing. If a prize is refused, a prize notification is returned or deemed undeliverable, or the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner will be selected via random drawing. Prize may not be transferred or assigned until after the actual winner has complied with all his or her obligations under these Official Rules.

Under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, and entrants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States of America.
