While Tapping is newly set to revolutionize the field of health and wellness, the healing concepts that it’s based upon have been in practice in Eastern medicine for over 5,000 years. 1:00 PM Awaking the Third Eye Techniques with Dr. Omanand Guruji

One of the most powerful points in the human body is the third eye. The third eye holds secrets like nuclear energy. The third eye is between the eyebrows, remaining very secret, because after opening the third eye, one can experience deeper insight with many powers. Outer eyes have limited capacity, but the third eye has unlimited vision. Opening of Third Eye (Agya Chakra) increases level of confidence, will power, memory, concentration, IQ, and working efficiency. It makes you a master of your own mind, body, and senses. In this workshop, selected Yogic techniques will be used to awaken the third eye, practically and theoretically.

We will discuss the clairs and what it feels like when we are trusting our intuition and common blocks that lead us into doubt. 4:00 PM How to Soften "The Grind" and Feel Fully Alive Without Wallowing in Guilt

The difference between living fully & being in the grind is what I call the "Guilt Cycle": Work, exercise, eat, feel guilty for what you ate, scroll, shop, feel guilty for shopping, sorta sleep, rinse & repeat. The goals you set for yourself seem to fall apart because everyone else's "stuff" takes priority. Then you avoid the goals you set because it's too painful to imagine starting and then failing again. So you exist in a blur of "okay" that keeps you struggling to get out of bed OR makes you feel like you're sprinting through life on eggshells. Your life isn't bad at all! But after it's all said and done, was the point of it all to be "okay"?
